E-commerce sales conditions
General conditions
1) Premises
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products that can be viewed and purchased through the Zeus Srl e-commerce service offered through this site (hereinafter, the “Site”) in compliance with the Italian legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”), where applicable.
The products are sold by:
Zeus Srl (VAT number and tax code: 04537820989), with registered office in Castel Mella (Bs) Via Don Davide Pinardi 19.
2) Acceptance of the General Conditions
Anyone who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter, the “Customer”) is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions which have been made available to him/her on the Site and which will be available to the Customer at any time also through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order to allow him/her to reproduce and store them.
The use of the Site to make purchases implies, in any case, acceptance of the General Conditions.
3) Contractual obligation
Contracts concluded by purchasing goods through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law.
Even if concluded online, all purchases made through the site are binding contracts under the Law.
The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
4) the Products
The characteristics and price of each good available on the Site (hereinafter, the “Product”) are shown on the page relating to each Product, which also shows the price.
The photos used on the site are merely representative of the product and purely indicative. The packaging of the delivered products may be different from that shown on the site.
However, the user is required to examine all product photographs, in order to be able to take note of the ingredients and additional information relating to that Product, where contained in the images and not in the description of the product itself.
We constantly update the information relating to each Product: the Customer undertakes in any case to verify the list of ingredients and any additional information on the packaging of the product received.
The availability of the products for the purposes of completing the online order refers to the actual availability of the same at the time the customer places the order. The availability of the products for the purposes of completing the order, in any case, must be considered purely indicative, because, due to purchases made simultaneously on the site by multiple customers, or due to purchases made by other customers, the products could be sold to third parties before the communication of the order closing document.
5) The purchase
After adding each Product to the "cart" (with the "+" button, or "add to cart" or similar), the Customer can purchase it/them by consulting the cart or using the cart icon in the top right menu.
To review the goods selected for purchase (adding or deleting them) it will also be possible to use the "open cart" button or something similar.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed in the cart, based on the type of delivery or collection chosen by the Customer, and the place of delivery.
The Product or Products can then be purchased using the button provided to complete the order
The Customer will then be asked to specify their billing and delivery data and the chosen payment method.
The order sent by the customer will be processed only if the entire order procedure has been regularly and correctly completed without any error messages being highlighted by the site.
6) Prices and shipping costs
Product prices include all taxes and duties and are all expressed in Euros.
When ordering, a pre-authorization system will be used to verify the validity of the payment instrument used.
The pre-authorized price may be higher than the order price, also in consideration of the potential purchase of Variable Weight Products, in accordance with what is described in the preceding art. 4.
Even in the case of purchasing Variable Weight Products, the amount actually charged will always correspond to the actual weight of the product.
The delivery prices and the related timing are as follows:
Shipping costs depend on the municipality where you receive the shopping and the order itself (quantity of products, weight. Up to 120 euros of expenditure, shipping rates are variable based on the proposals provided at the time by the Paccofacile platform. Above 120 euros of expenditure, delivery is free.
We will try to ensure that carriers always respect the delivery times: however, these are to be considered indicative.
In any case, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the delivery times, methods and costs may vary depending on the place of delivery.
7) Payment methods
During the "checkout" phase, the accepted payment methods will also be indicated, with a request to specify one.
The payment methods currently available are as follows:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
- PayPal
8) Order confirmation and cancellation
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation of the order will be generated, also showing the "order number".
The order will be archived electronically in our database, and will be forwarded to the email address you specified during the order, or associated with your account, if you are authenticated on the site.
If it is not possible to process the order due to force majeure or unforeseen technical or organizational difficulties, or due to the temporary unavailability of the products in the order, Zeus srl may cancel the order by notifying the customer at the telephone number indicated in the booking procedure, if entered, or by notifying the customer by email without incurring any charges to the customer and with a full refund of any price already paid.
9) Commencement of the delivery term in the case of payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is not accepted on the Zeus srl website.
Contact via protocollo.zeussrl2023@gmail.com if this is the only payment method available.
10) Consumer rights: right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 49 et seq. of the Consumer Code, we inform the Customer who qualifies as a Consumer (excluding in the case of an invoice request for a company or individual business) that:
a ) may exercise his right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except for the cases of exclusion indicated in letter d) below.
b ) the right can be exercised using the form in Annex I, Part B, of the Consumer Code, available at this link: https://www.agcm.it/dotcmsDOC/normativa/consumatore/allegato_dgs21_2014.pdf
c ) such form, or an equivalent declaration of withdrawal, must be sent no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product or Products, or, where applicable, before their receipt.
The Products for which it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal must in any case be returned to the selling company, to the addresses indicated in the introduction.
d ) pursuant to the Consumer Code this right is excluded with regard to:
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Products that are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration;
- Products that have been opened after delivery;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
The Customer acknowledges that presumably and unless otherwise indicated all food products sold are all products that “risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly”.

11) Consumer rights: Community platform for Online Dispute Resolution
Any consumer residing in the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 can use the European Union ODR platform to attempt to resolve in a non-judicial manner a dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online.

12) Modification of conditions
We reserve the right to modify the General Conditions, as well as the information of each product, by giving notice by publishing the new General Conditions or information on the Site.
The new conditions or information will be binding from the date of publication.

For any reports or complaints, you can refer to the contacts indicated in the Introduction.
If you are a person who qualifies as a European consumer, you have the right to use the online platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of disputes.
Every consumer residing in the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, can use it to try to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online.
