Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 and the subsequent art. 14 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), we hereby inform you of the following.
Who is the Data Controller and what are his contact details?

The Data Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Below is a description of how the personal data provided in relation to browsing activities on the site and purchasing products through our e-commerce are treated, in accordance with current legislation.
What data is processed?
The data processed pursuant to the above-mentioned legislation may be:
- name, surname, residence and further personal data
- phone number
- email address and other computer or browsing data (such as IP and MAC address, browser fingerprint – i.e. all data on the software and hardware you use to browse)
- data relating to the payment instruments used
- preferences relating to the products and/or services offered by the Data Controller.
No “special categories of data” are processed.
What are the sources of this data?
All data is provided, or otherwise obtained, by the interested party.
Specifically, the data (or part of those indicated above) may be obtained:
1- as regards users of the site (or of the individual social networks on which the Data Controller is present), browsing the site itself (or on the social network page relating to the Data Controller);
2- with the procedure of “creating a user profile” or “user registration” on our website in order to use the e-commerce service we offer;
3- by subscribing to any newsletters offered by the Data Controller.
It is also possible (for example, for the purchase and delivery of a product from a third party) that the personal data (place of delivery to a third party, with related contact details) have been provided not by the interested party, but by the user of the platform (who has such data and who, by using the platform, declares to be authorised to communicate them to the Data Controller).
Is it necessary to provide such data? What are the consequences of failure to provide it?
Providing data is optional.
Failure to provide the requested data will, however, prevent the Data Controller, in order, from allowing the interested party to:
1- use all the features of the Data Controller's website: failure to accept "cookies" should still allow the use of the basic features of the site itself;
2- use the Data Controller's e-commerce platform to examine and purchase its products;
3- obtain the information contained in the newsletters;
4- obtain the fulfillment, by the Owner, of the contractually assumed obligations or those required by law.
What are the purposes and methods of data processing?
Personal data are processed in order to carry out the activities listed above.
In the event that the interested party has expressed further consent, furthermore, his/her personal data may be processed for:
- send commercial communications on products and services of the Data Controller, both for direct sales purposes and for sending market research and for verifying the level of user satisfaction;
- communicate and transfer user data to third parties, for the same purposes as those indicated in the preceding point;
- carry out the analysis of specific behaviors and habits, in order to improve the services provided and direct the commercial proposals of interest to the user tracking through "cookies" (insert cookie policy link).
Regardless of the interested party's consent, the Data Controller will use personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, for the execution of contractual and legal obligations and for reporting to the Judicial Authority, including those related to anti-fraud purposes.
Personal data sent or collected electronically may also be processed using automated methods, possibly including the interested parties, based on their specific behaviors and habits, in "homogeneous categories".
To whom can personal data be communicated?
The data is stored on electronic databases located in Italy, in countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA) and in third countries that guarantee an adequate level of data protection, in compliance with the regulations established in the European Union.
The same may also be processed by internal Processors (employees and collaborators of the Data Controller) and/or by persons appointed as Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the aforementioned EU GDPR External Processors (external professionals, consultancy firms, etc.).
The personal data provided by users may also be communicated:
- to associated or affiliated companies;
- to subjects whose right to access personal data is recognised by provisions of law, regulations or community legislation;
- to consultancy firms (IT, commercial or other, provided that it is related to the platform or the service offered) or to professional service providers (legal, fiscal or tax)
How long are the data processed?
The processed data are stored:
- as to obligations arising from law or contract
- until the last contractual or legal obligation due has been fulfilled, and
- 10 years from the termination of the legal or contractual relationship (i.e. until the statute of limitations concerning all actions based on the law or the contract occurs)
- as regards navigation data or cookies
- for a maximum period of 24 months
What are the rights of the interested party?
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data concerning him/her, as well as rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition to their processing and portability of the same, where processed in an automated manner on the basis of consent or for the execution of the contract.
The interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
In the event of “joint ownership” of personal data, the interested party may exercise his/her rights towards the person to whom he/she first provided his/her data.

The information is provided only for the website of the Data Controller and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links (for which reference is made to the respective privacy policies).
The reproduction or use of pages, materials and information contained within this site, by any means and on any medium, is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Data Controller.
